If you receive a message stating that your account is blocked or suspended, then the system most likely did so automatically based on one of the following conditions.
- The most common reason is that you clicked on a Cheat Link within the PTC advertisements. These links are in place to prevent auto-click software from simply navigating through all ads without viewing them. If you clicked on this link, the system will auto-suspend your account. It is also clearly labeled in its own category labeled "BOT CHECK DO NOT CLICK". Take note of the link labeled "DO NOT CLICK" and avoid it. If you clicked on the cheat link, your account will NOT be reinstated.
- The system detected that you have multiple accounts and it is against our terms of service and your account and the other accounts were automatically blocked. Only one account is allowed.
- You attempted to use a Proxy or VPN which is also against our terms of service and your account was blocked.
- You were found to be using auto-click software which is against the terms of service. As a result, the account was suspended.
Note, that once you are suspended, we DO NOT allow you to submit support tickets directly inside the platform. The support ticket system is reserved for active members only. You will need to use our Telegram group in order for us to assist you with a live person.

Once you arrive at the telegram group, you will be presented with a welcome message. If you do not click on the button labeled "CLICK HERE TO CONFIRM YOU ARE NOT A BOT" then the moderation bot in the group will automatically kick you out after 2 minutes and you will have to rejoin it. Refer to the image below and make sure you click the button when you first arrive. You WILL NOT be allowed to send any messages to the group until you have clicked this button.
Lastly, absolutely under no circumstances are you to message admins of the group in private unless they have asked you to do so. If you do, you will be blocked and banned permanently. We have everything streamlined and automated for a reason in order to assist you quickly.
If you are unable to see the welcome message, you most likely need to change your settings in Telegram to be able to see topics rather than message threads. To change the settings, do the following:
First, set the group to 'View as Topics,' a setting that divides the entire chat into Topics and shows you options when you click or tap on a group. The second option is 'View as Messages,' which shows all the messages sent in the group in chronological order, like regular group chats. If you don't have your view set to view as topics, you most likely won't be able to see the new members group and click on the button.
